What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

I am hungry for self-expression
I want to make a good impression 
I want to share thoughts, ideas
A poem is not the only panacea
Eager am I to write you a poem
My words must resonate rhythm 
What I see is up to me
How I do that's up to you
